Breathtaking views of both the bay and the ocean from the balconies create an unbeatable backdrop. The outdoor grill setup is a solid feature for those who love cooking al fresco, allowing for great family meals right outside the units.

The sofa bed in our unit was uncomfortably outdated, sinking when sat upon and not fit for sleep due to its thin mattress. Kitchen tools were inadequate. we noticed blunt knives and the absence of a spatula, which made cooking a bit cumbersome. Outdoor furniture was tired with some rust, detracting from the otherwise lovely patio experience. Lastly, the amenities fee felt excessive, particularly given the availability of public beach access just a few miles away.

Would recommend for a weekend breather

Comfortable bed, clean property, with several pools available for fun and relaxation, and the location is perfect, just a short drive to local attractions, enhancing our family vacation experience.

Wi-fi was inconsistent.

The two-bedroom apartment with a water view offered beautiful sunrise views and was impeccably clean. Staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the pleasant atmosphere of the stay. The vibrant gardens and multiple clean pools added to the resort's charm. However, the late checkout experience was frustrating due to miscommunication, and some amenities felt overpriced compared to local options.

From my TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT WATER VIEW, I soaked up breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Sound and Gulf every morning! With so many activities, from paddleboarding to dolphin cruises, there's never a dull moment.

Portofino Island Resort provides an excellent business environment with its spacious meeting facilities and high-speed internet access. The staff efficiently assisted with my AV setup, ensuring that my presentations ran smoothly. The location right by the beach offered a relaxing backdrop after work hours, and the on-site dining options provided quick and convenient meals that helped maintain my productivity.

Room cleanliness was inconsistent.

Beautiful views from the balcony. Cleanliness was lacking in the kitchen. We enjoyed the multiple pools and rented bikes for fun.

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious condo with stunning water views. The heated indoor pool was a fantastic bonus. The kids loved lounging on the beach and the hot tubs were perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun. Just a little thing to note, the rooms could use an extra lock for safety, but it didn't ruin our time at all! 😊

The location is fantastic, away from the busy main area of Pensacola but close enough for dining and activities. The indoor heated pool kept the kids entertained, and the water activities were easily accessible. Our apartment had stunning water views and a well-stocked kitchen. However, we had issues with the sofa bed. It sunk when sat on, and the mattress was far too thin for sleeping. Thankfully, we found an inflatable mattress in the closet, but it wouldn’t have been suitable for an additional adult. Minor kitchen tools like spatulas were missing, which made cooking a bit challenging. Some patio furniture looked worn and rusty. However, the beautifully maintained gardens and friendly staff truly enhanced our stay. Exploring the beach with its crystal-clear water was a highlight for us.

Had an amazing time with friends! The pools were fantastic, and the beach access was perfect. We loved the sunset views from our Two-Bedroom Apartment. Highly recommend checking out the private boat cruises and the onsite restaurants for a great meal. The staff was super friendly, and the property was always clean.

We did have a bit of a hiccup when another guest was loud and disruptive. It took security a while to respond, which was frustrating at first.
